NEXT GEN EXPO

Welcome to the New Paradigm Shift: Oct. 16-17, West Palm Beach, Fla.

The TV meets your Computer and the Internet enables Interactivity.

Enabling a long-lasting successful promotion

For event attendees, virtual experiences enable you to participate in what you want when you want, live and on-demand. Chat with presenters, communicate with others, become part of the message boards, experience a wealth of new products in the trade show environment. An opportunity to experience the future in a way unlike anything you've ever experienced before----but will soon want to continually immerse yourself in.

But new and emerging interactive technologies—combined with mass behavioral changes resulting from online social media platforms—have made virtual experiences more cost efficient, measurable, and effective as compared to their physical counterparts.

The superiority and increasing popularity of interactive virtual events and experiences is the result of new functionality and features that advance the experience between audiences (people) and products (companies.)

These interactive virtual experiences empower and elevate the connection and dynamic between all of the participants in a more exciting and profound way. From conference to desktop and mobile devices, through our productions, you now have the ability to connect with new audiences and customers in a more dynamic and profound way-live, as it happens, and on-demand---when they want, where they want.

Audiences are seeking relevant information while they download content, interact with participants, attend keynotes live and on-demand, and connecting directly with the manufacturers of products, service providers and discussing topics with their colleagues. Just about anything a visitor can do in a physical environment can be accomplished in an interactive virtual one. And since they are doing it in the comfort of their home or office, no one gets tired!

The opportunity: Immerse yourself in a highly effective inspiring and empowering experience that can forever change the world for the betterment of mankind. Become part of an experience unlike any you've ever experienced, make valuable contacts, secure valuable knowledge, create teams, experience the products and services of companies and people committed to making the world a better place, a greener and more sustainable world for the betterment of mankind.

For virtual event attendees, interactive technology can effectively replicate a physical show experience in a number of key ways:

Event Registration – Like their in-person counterparts, virtual attendees can register online and review exhibitor lists and forums and attend keynotes, conference programs, topic sessions, and panels.

Show Environment – Virtual tradeshows can visually and dimensionally replicate classic exhibition structure. Visitors can navigate and explore halls, booths, auditoriums, and meeting areas as well as interact with other sponsors and attendees. They can engage with a booth or sales representatives, watch live and on-demand videos and demonstrations,
download materials to their virtual event bag, and then review product or service information at their leisure.

Keynote Attendance – Visitors to virtual events can attend live and on-demand multimedia keynote presentations in virtual auditoriums and conference rooms.

More importantly, with a keynote speaker directly through a live chat system.

Networking – Just as physical show attendees have the opportunity to interact with each other live, visitors to virtual events can network through a live chat system at any point. They can see who is in the immediate area and invite other participants to engage in a one-to-one or one-to-many online chat or with a booth representative or speaker.

Tailored Experience – Virtual technology enables attendees to create a custom experience uniquely tailored to their specific knowledge, needs, and preferences.

They can self-select areas of interest and access content based on relevance and format preference.

Virtual event hosts and organizers can take advantage of the same opportunities for marketing and promotions to increase sponsorship and participation:

Event Signage – Virtual event hosts and organizers can create and offer premium locations for advertising and marketing visibility as part of sponsorship packages.

Pre-Event Marketing Sponsorship – Hosts and organizers of a virtual event can also offer tiered marketing sponsorship packages prior to the event.

These can typically recoup most or all of the show’s design, production, and promotion expenses.

On-the-Fly Control of Promotions and Messages – Virtual event hosts and organizers can change content and promotional graphics and signs throughout an event on-the-fly. This provides true control in creating and directing event flow and driving participation at strategic points to elevate and sustain audience interest.

Booth Selection – Virtual event exhibitors can typically choose from hundreds of booth configurations, designs, shapes, and colors that can be easily customized to reflect their brand and offerings.

Virtual Badge – When virtual event attendees “swipe” their virtual badge at a booth, exhibitors can track specific levels of interest in content as well as access their personal background information and preferences.

Showcase Offerings – Event sponsors and exhibitors can showcase their products and services in a unique variety of formats, including collateral pdf documents, videos, interactive demos, and live and on-demand webinars.

Networking – Just as exhibitors at physical events interact with visitors to their booth, event sponsors can inquire, dialogue, and network with attendees through a live chat system at any point. They can invite other virtual event participants to engage in a one-to-one or one-to-many online chat or with a booth representative or speaker. Continuous Metrics and Analytics Reporting – Virtual event exhibitors have round-the-clock access to analytics tools through a self-service reporting dashboard system. Each event sponsor has the ability to track the specific activities and behavioral trends in their booth.

LIVE + INTERACTIVE

It's time people stop talking about clean energy and climate change and start acting. ---Leonardo DiCapprio With that in mind, the NRDC Action Fund and I have launched a campaign to demand action on climate legislation. Our goal: Spread the word and demand that our leaders in Washington take action to pass the critical climate change legislation currently before the Senate. Joining us in this campaign are some of my Hollywood colleagues like Jason Bateman, Forest Whitaker, Chace Crawford, Felicity Huffman, Justin Long, Edward Norton and Emmy Rossum, as well as Professor Cornel West of Princeton University

In a concerted effort to expand the vision of Next-Gen-Expo to a larger global audience which leads to global impact and change, we are developing a large scale interactive promotion. This means the event, while moved into a motion picture studio, will be broadcast live to a global audience thru our affiliate relationships, enabling this to be the first exposition of ideas and concepts that truly demonstrates effective interactive promotions and marketing.

We can go on the way we have, or we can move beyond fossil fuels and secure a future for all of us. What will you choose? --Sigourney Weaver in "Acid Test."
